Mercury Securities is an investment holding company and through our subsidiaries, we are principally engaged in stockbroking, corporate finance advisory and other related businesses as well as provision of nominee and custodian services. We are registered as a Participating Organization of Bursa Malaysia Securities, Bhd. Mercury commenced operations in 1992 and has now expanded to seven branches across East and West Malaysia.
Mercury provides stockbroking services comprising execution of trades of securities listed on Bursa Securities and foreign stock exchanges mainly in Singapore, Hong Kong and USA in addition to providing margin financing facility services, nominee, custodian and related services.
Mercury Securities is also licensed by Securities Commission Malaysia to undertake regulated corporate finance activities as a Principal or Independent Advisor. We have experience with a range of corporate exercises including; Initial Public Offerings (IPOs); Mergers and Acquisitions; Takeovers; Corporate Restructuring; and Capital-Raising activities.
